About the Recipe
This salad is made with avocado and prawns and topped soy sauce
1 Clove of Garlic
1tsp Soy Sauce
1tsp Seasme Oil
Mix the garlic, chilli, lime, soy and sesame oil into a bowl before adding the cooked prawns and coating them. Leave to marinate for around an hour if possible
Add the spinacg leaves into the marinade and toss to coat. Serve in a bowl.
Slice the Avocados and sprikle them over the top of the salad before serving.
