Satay Chicken Noodles

About the Recipe

This Satay Chicken Noodles are enriched with a multitude of flavours that is the perfect meal for Lunch or Dinner


400g tin of coconut milk

2 cloves of garlic peeled and crushed

1tbp peeled and crushed

1tsp chilli powder

2tsp curry paste

splash of soy sauce

500ml Vegetable oil

1 thumb ginger grated

2 chciken breast

500g fresh noodles


Step 1

Heat the wok on the highest heat and add the oil around the sides so it falls into the centre perfectly so it's fully coated with oil. Add the ginfer, chicken and cook for about 2-3 minutes

Step 2

Add the noodles to the wok fkr about 30 second, this can help them cook. once they start cooking drizzle in some soy sauce and if you want you can add vegetables.

Step 3

Then spoon the tock top layer of cocounut milk into a separate pan and add the garlic, ginger, chilli powder, curry powder and soy sauce . Stir and bring the boil and then turn off the heat. you can add a slapsh of water if the sauce is slightly thicker.

Step 4

Add the satay sauce that you have made and stir until everything is beautifully coated toegther. Then divide the dish into bowl so you can enjoy with friends and family. You can add corridander or chilli flakes on top to give ir more flavour and spice
